Tiny Ass Ranch Waiver and Release
Warning: There are significant elements of risk in any activity associated with animals (referred to hereafter as “Activity”), and the use of any equipment you find around a ranch.
Acknowledgement of Risks: I realize that animals, not limited to ponies, can act unpredictably and that certain risks are normally involved in riding and driving horses including, but not limited to falls, collisions, and equipment failure; that any participant in ranch activity may suffer an accident; that wearing a helmet is a basic precaution, and that no warranty of any kind, express or implied , is being made as to the habits, disposition, suitability, nature or physical condition of any horse, pony, or other animal. I also realize that participation in the Activity can result in serious personal injury.
Express Assumption of Risk And Responsibility: In recognition of the inherent risks of the Activity which I and any minor children for whom I am responsible will engage in, I confirm that I am (we are) physically and mentally capable of participating in the Activity using the animals and equipment. I/We participate willingly and voluntarily and I/we assume full responsibility for damage, injury, or loss of personal property as the result of any accident that may occur arising out of or related to the Activity.
Release: In consideration of services of property provided, I, for myself and any minor children for whom I am a parent, legal guardian or otherwise responsible, and any heirs, personal representatives or assigns do herby waive release and forever discharge The Tiny Ass Ranch and any associates thereof from any and all liability now and in the future arising out of, or related to , any and all damages, claims, or liability of any nature whatsoever resulting, or which may hereafter result from the Activity.

I have read the foregoing warning, Acknowledgment, Assumption and Release; and I understand that by signing this document I may be waiving legal rights. I/We agree to abide by all the rules and instructions provided by any associate of The Tiny Ass Ranch or any Activity host.
Every Participant 18 years or older must sign opposite his/her name and print their name and then list the names of minors for whom they are responsible and sign in front of their name.
